Am I Eligible?

 The Legal Aid Society of Roanoke Valley (LASRV) serves clients whose household income is below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.

IN GENERAL, YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE IF YOU CAN ANSWER YES TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Your household has a low income. Depending on your individual circumstances, you may be eligible if your gross family income is below 200% of the federal poverty level.

• You live in – or have a legal problem in – the region we serve: the cities of Roanoke and Salem, the counties of Roanoke, Botetourt, Craig, Bedford and Franklin counties.

• Legal Aid Society of Roanoke Valley may be able to help you with your type of legal problem. Click here for services provided.
